The Duluth-Superior Metropolitan Interstate Council (MIC), has released its Draft 2022-2025 Duluth Area Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for public comment.
The Draft TIP lists all transportation projects in the greater Duluth, MN area that are recommended by the MIC Board to receive federal transportation funds for the next four years (2022-2025)
Public comments are being taken by James Gittemeier until July 30, 2021 on the Draft TIP and the proposed projects. To request a hard copy of the document, contact James (contact info below).
- Comments will also be taken at the virtual TIP Public Input Sessions on Wednesday, July at 9:00 am, 12 noon, 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Members of the public are invited to participate (online or by phone) to learn more about proposed projects, ask questions and share their input.
The Draft TIP, along with all comments received, will be considered for final approval at the MIC Board meeting on August 18, 2021. This meeting is open to the public and will be the final opportunity for public comments to be given on the proposed projects.
