The Duluth-Superior Metropolitan Interstate Committee’s Canal Park Parking Study examined current and future parking demand in the city of Duluth’s Canal Park area and made recommendations for improved parking availability. The study recommendations provide information to public and private decision-makers on the need for additional parking in the area and serve as planning and management tool for the future.
