The purpose of the Central Entrance Corridor Study is to identify a multimodal transportation system that will complement the land use vision outlined in the City of Duluth’s Central Entrance – Miller Hill Small Area Plan (2009) as well as MnDOT’s 2002 Miller Trunk Highway Implementation Plan.
