Cooperative planning for the Duluth-Superior port and St. Louis River estuary
One of three advisory committees to the MIC, the HTAC is a longstanding working group that addresses challenges and opportunities in the Duluth-Superior harbor, while promoting the port’s economic and environmental importance to both communities. It is the only stakeholder group of its kind in the country.
The HTAC meets quarterly, at 9:00 am on the first Wednesday of March, June, September, and December. Login/call-in information and meeting materials for current and past meetings can be viewed on the meeting pages (see links on calendar at right).
